You must return all keys in person to Thornley Groves at Mayfair Court, 306 Wilmslow Rd, Manchester M14 6NS by 2 PM on your tenancy end date. Make sure to hand them over directly; do not drop them in the letterbox to avoid losing them and incurring additional charges for lock changes.

If any keys are lost, you will be responsible for the costs of changing the locks. These expenses will be deducted from your security deposit, so it's essential to keep track of all your keys.

Yes, you can return your keys before your tenancy ends, but ensure you return them to the designated location and within the office hours provided. 

Before the final checkout inspection, ensure you remove all personal belongings. Thornley Groves is not responsible for any items left behind and may deduct costs for removal from your deposit.

The property should be left in a clean and tidy condition. This includes cleaning carpets, appliances, and windows. If any carpets are stained, they must be professionally cleaned and you should provide receipts as proof.

If you’re moving out on a busy day, it’s advised to plan your key return ahead of time. The office will have specific hours on peak days to assist with key returns efficiently.

After your checkout inspection, you will receive a report detailing any charges for damages. If everything is satisfactory, your deposit will be refunded promptly. However, if there are damages beyond normal wear and tear, deductions may apply.

To ensure your mail is redirected to your new address, arrange for redirection through Royal Mail. Thornley Groves does not provide this service and cannot be responsible for any undelivered mail.

In a joint tenancy, all tenants should return their keys together, or each should follow the process individually as directed. Ensure communication among all tenants to avoid confusion.

No, you cannot mail your keys back. You must return them in person to avoid losing them, which could result in lock change costs.
