Reset your Propertycloud password
Resetting a password can be frustrating but it's essential for keeping your account secure. Follow the guide below to reset your password:
Go to the Login Page:
- Start by navigating to the login page where you need to reset your password. This is accessible from the home page icon or the Propertycloud landing page.
Select “Reset Your Password”:
- On the login page, look for the link/button that says “Reset Your Password.” This is located below the password input field. Click on this link to initiate the password reset process.
Enter Your Email Address:
- You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to type in the correct email address to avoid delays. After entering your email, click on the “Submit” button to proceed.
Receive the Email:
- Check your email inbox for a message from us. This email should arrive shortly after your request. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The email will contain a link or instructions to reset your password.
Update Your Password:
- Click on the link provided in the email, which will direct you to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong, unique password that you haven’t used before. Enter your new password in the required fields, ensuring that it meets any security requirements (e.g., length, use of special characters). Confirm the new password and save the changes.
Log In:
- Return to the login page, and enter your email address and newly created password. Click “Log In” to access your Propertycloud account. Make sure your login is successful and take note of your new password for future reference.
